We hired Nick to replace our existing deck with a brand new 3-season room, stone patio, and privacy wall for our hot tub. Right from the start, Nick was extremely professional, very prompt when meeting to discuss the quotes and what we were trying to accomplish, and ultimately provided a very aggressive quote. During the entire build process, Nick’s entire crew was extremely professional and did an amazing job. As we invested a significant amount of money on this project, I was out there frequently checking on the progress. Nick made a point to be out here daily during the construction to ensure it was progressing as designed. We ultimately required 6 different crews of workers (framing, masonry, plumbing, electrical, painters, and trimming) along with coordinating deliveries of EZ breeze windows, hot tub, audio-visual equipment, etc. Nick and his project management team did a wonderful job of coordinating all of this to ensure continued progress with few delays. During the project, there were a few issues that arose, however, Nick was extremely responsive and quickly corrected the issue and made it right. I couldn’t say enough about Nick’s integrity, professionalism, and amazing customer delight.... (continued on next slide)

Furthermore, during the construction, like most homeowners, we wanted to make minor tweaks to the original design. Nick was extremely accommodating with a focus on making sure my wife and I were happy with the end product. The project took a little longer than originally quoted, but in the end, we couldn’t be happier about this addition that Triangle Home Remodeling provided for us. We would STRONGLY recommend Nick if you want to have a quality product built, with a focus on ensuring the customer is satisfied with the end product. We will definitely use him again!
